MYANMAR Airways International (MAI) and Brunei Airlines (RB) have signed a codeshare agreement that came into effect on December 18, 2017.

This codeshare agreement provides MAI and RB guests more options while travelling on business or leisure between the Asean destinations.

Guests from both countries are now able to purchase their flights to and from Yangon, Myanmar via Singapore (Changi International Airport) or Bangkok (Suvarnabhumi International Airport) on a single ticket either with MAI or RB operated under both MAI and RB flight number for seamless travel connections.

With the addition of Bandar Seri Begawan to its network, MAI operates to a total of 15 cities. “Passengers can now look forward to greater convenience when travelling on MA and RB,” said Chooi Yee Choong, CEO of MAI.
